Deathbed Coaching

Do you want to support a loved one through the dying process but you aren’t sure what that means exactly?

Are you currently supporting a loved one through the dying process and would like some guidance and tools to empower yourself and their journey?

Has your loved one requested that you be at their bedside but you’re uncomfortable and you have questions that you don’t feel appropriate asking them?

Is your loved one utilizing M.A.I.D (Medical Aid In Dying) and you have mixed feelings about it?

Are you a caregiver working with a terminal client for the first time and would like some guidance through the dying process?

Together, we'll fill your toolbox with the resources, guidance and the practical information you need to feel confident and empowered as you support your dying person at the bedside. This type of coaching can be individual or small groups. Typically, family members that are supporting a loved one at home.

It's my intention to educate, support and normalize this journey for you. Coaching will allow you to step into this sacred space with confidence and bring your best self to the bedside.

Grief Coaching

Grief Coaching isn’t about fixing anything, you’re grief is perfectly normal.

Grief Coaching is an exploration, a discovery process that we’ll navigate together. As your coach, I will advocate for you, empower you and encourage each step of your journey. Together, we’ll create a roadmap that feels comfortable to you.

Are you having a difficult time responding to loved ones when their helpful advice is actually hurtful?

Are you unable to accept the support of your loved ones for reasons you just don’t understand?

Do you feel like you’ve lost connection with yourself and the things that bring you joy?

Do you feel that you have unfinished business with the person that died?

Do you feel so overwhelmed that you don’t know where to start or how to make sense of your new normal?

There’s no wrong way to do this. However you’re grieving, it’s the right way. Your grief is a sacred expression of the love you’ve carried.
